We supply many independent retailers – and the feedback we are receiving from them is that they have never been busier.
One told us (in the middle of August): “2020 is the busiest Christmas we’ve ever had”!
Spending more time at home seems to have changed our shopping habits – and priorities – and it will be interesting to see how new behaviours continue to develop.
